As a family portrait photographer based out of Nanaimo, I have had wonderful opportunities to meet many different and unique people, and having recently branched out into engagement and wedding photography I’ve been privileged enough to spend time with couples on what will become one of the most important days in their lives.  As well as weddings and family portraits, I have recently discovered that I have a passion for taking maternity and newborn portraits.  With the birth of my own children came the realization for me of just how fleeting our time is with our little ones, and I became consumed with the desire to capture particular moods or moments in perfect clarity, a slice of ‘now’ frozen in time.  My photographs have enabled me to hold on to so many wonderful memories from my past, and these images are among my most treasured possessions, I believe all of us should have these visual keepsakes to cherish.  I would be honoured to play a part in the capturing of your special moments for you to enjoy for years to come.  I hope that you enjoy my website and contact Island View Photography so that we can discuss your photography needs.
